I was ok Alte Post in 2017, there is a beautiful and comfortable Hotel. The break fast and dinners are really good. I'm in love of Kempten city

I would recommend this place after staying here for 1 night. The hotel is right in the center of the town. I stayed in the renovated part and was pleasantly surprised by the room design. There was no view from this particular room on the 1st floor, but other rooms facing the street should have a nice view of the mountains. During the corona pandemic breakfast was served only 8:00-9:00, which was rather disappointing late. Parking is free for the hotel guests, but it can be tricky to find a spot. There was no shoe cleaning kit in the room, which was disappointing after the whole day of hiking. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Nice clean rooms, not extra large, some bathrooms equipped with bath, not easy to take shower and not flood the whole bathroom. Great breakfasts, friendly staff, free parking next to the hotel
